Pre-Order Policies
Adjustments to Order Quantities
We may adjust the quantities of products in orders based on availability and other factors. Any changes to your order will be communicated to you directly. Our decision on quantity adjustments will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Pre-Order Cancellation Fees
If you decide to cancel a paid pre-order, a processing fee of 5% will be applied. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with order cancellations.
Shipping of Pre-Order Items
Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped only once all items in the order are available. We hold the complete order to ensure everything is sent together.
Early Shipping Requests
If you request that a portion of your order be shipped earlier than the rest, an additional shipping charge of R100 will be required. This fee covers the costs of separate shipment processing.
Changes in Pre-Order Arrival Dates
Please be aware that the arrival dates for pre-ordered items are estimates and may change due to factors outside our control, such as production or shipping delays.
Pre-Order Price Changes
The prices for pre-ordered items are subject to change by the time they are dispatched. We require full payment at the time of order to secure your pre-order, and this initial payment is non-refundable.
Allocation of Limited Quantity Items
For pre-orders that are limited in quantity, orders will be fulfilled in the order that they are received. We reserve the right to allocate items based on availability.

Pre – Order Payment
