Shipping and Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on booster boxes, packs, or individual cards. All sales on these items are final.

Refunds:
All sales are final and refunds are not available. This includes items not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are not refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges that do not qualify for free shipping.

Order Cancellations:
For non-pre-order items, order cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Instead, you will receive store credit that can be used for future purchases. To cancel a pre-order, please refer to the pre-order page for instructions.

Any order cancellation via a payment process will have a 5% processing fee included.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges on unopened products within 7 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition and accompanied by a receipt. Exchanged items can be swapped for any item in the store or returned for store credit. If there is a price difference, the difference will either be charged or credited to your store account.

Store Credit:
Store credits are issued to the account of the recipient and are non-transferable. Credits can only be redeemed by the account holder.

Product Issues:

  • Missing or Damaged Pieces: If your product is missing pieces or has damaged components, please contact the product’s publisher for replacement parts. We can assist in directing you to the publisher’s contact information upon request.
  • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, please email us at info@docker-image-production-454f.up.railway.app within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.

Additional Information:

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Delays may occur due to factors like weather, customs, holidays, or unexpected demand.
  • Product Defects: We are not responsible for manufacturer defects such as damaged cards, printing errors, or missing cards from sealed boxes or cases. Please contact the manufacturer directly for such issues. Manufacturer contact information is typically found on the product packaging.
  • Packaging Tears: Tears in the plastic of the outer packaging are not considered damage.

Policy Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify any policies without prior notice.

Quantity and Price Adjustments:
We reserve the right to adjust product quantities and prices before an order is dispatched. Customers will be notified of any changes.
